Pregnancy must haves!

Pregnancy is different for everyone! What has helped me get through these past 8 months of  having a growing bump are the products I’ve listed below! I own every single item on this list and they have been game changers! Share with me your favorite pregnancy products in the comments below because I got 6 more weeks until baby Yo arrives and I love trying new things! Hope you all are having a wonderful day! God bless!

Lush products

To prevent stretch marks my go to products are made by Lush! First I start off with washing my skin with Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner.

Immediately exiting the shower I will massage the Organic Therapy Massage Bar into my skin. It melts like butter onto the skin!

Then I will apply a generous amount of Charity Pot Body Lotion.

I do this routine twice a day and if my skin gets itchy or feels dry I will reapply the charity pot asap!

Tracy Anderson: The Pregnancy Project

In the words of fergie… I be up in the gym just working on my fitness! My go to exercise is walking! I will hit the treadmill and watch some good ol Netflix. My current favorite show is Happy Valley! However, another amazing workout I have been enjoying through out pregnancy is this Tracy Anderson DVD set for expecting moms! It has my buns burning and the next day I am so sore. Great way to keep in shape while preggo!

Leachco Snoogle Original Total Body Pillow

Sleep sleep sleep! I have been so tired through out pregnancy and have a hard time sleeping on my side which is highly recommended by my doctor. This pregnancy pillow has helped me so much to stay sleeping on my side through out the night. It adds support in so many areas without having to use 5 different pillows.

Tea time anyone? This pregnancy tea is amazing! Since high amounts of caffeine are recommened to stay away from this is a great substitute. It tricks your mind into thinking you are still enjoying your warm morning beverage! Another great benefit to this tea is that is has raspberry leaf in it which helps a mothers immune system, prevents morning sickness and improves circulation! So drink up!

  1. I use a similar pregnancy pillow. Made such a huge difference bc my hips were hurting so bad the end of the 2nd trimester into the 3rd. My pillow actually has two sides so when you roll over you don’t have to bring it with you. You just use the other side…magical!!
